By Meg Cabot.

Meg Cabot has had many successful books published in the past, including the world famous 'The Princess Diaries' and 'The Mediator' series. The Airhead Trilogy is no exception to the long list of outstanding books she's written.
The story is told through the eyes of sixteen-year-old, tomboy Emerson Watts who loves computer games and hates Stark Enterprises. The first book is about when she goes to the Stark Megastore in her neighbour-hood and is crushed by a plasma screen T.V. just seconds before the teen super model Nikki Howard collapses. Em wakes up in a hospital and is kidnapped by Lulu and Brandon, two FON's (Friends Of Nikki's). She soon discovers she's got to live the rest of her life in Nikki Howard's body.
The second book kicks off when a strange, tall, blonde (And very cute might Lulu say) guy shows up claiming he's Nikki's brother and that their mother is missing. They go in search of her and reveal a deep secret about Stark Enterprises which leads to the final book in which Em (in Nikki's body) and everyone else involved, set out to destroy Stark once and for all.
These books are filled with suspense and are brilliantly praised by almost everyone. I would most definitely recommend this trilogy. A great read in my opinion.
